I forgot to post anything about this at the time, but back in March I chatted with Jonquilyn Hill for an episode of the Vox podcast "Explain It to Me." The episode is called Sugar Crash, and I got to discuss the history of sugar and everything from RFK to maple syrup. It was a lot of fun, and you can listen to it here.
